Viability is the main challenge facing the agri-food sector and the key to ensuring generational renewal, land regeneration and the future of farming. This event will share real-world experiences of supporting agricultural and livestock farms as part of the Agroclau project, as well as tools to improve their viability through financial management, marketing, regenerative production and technological innovation. With the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya | AgrotechUPC, we will also present work on identifying environmental indicators, measurement systems and an ERP system specifically designed for small-scale producers, with the aim of enabling more efficient and sustainable farm management. Finally, we will demonstrate the impact that different agricultural management models can have on soil quality, highlighting the importance of management practices focused on regeneration and long-term sustainability. The event is aimed at young entrepreneurs, new entrants to the sector, small family farms and agricultural and livestock projects seeking to move towards more regenerative, resilient and sustainable production models.
