The 4BIOLIVE project aims at transforming olive oil extraction residues into biopolymers, biostimulants, biofertilizers, and biogas, promoting a circular economy model. This will have a positive impact in the environment, by reducing solid waste and greenhouse gases emissions, increasing soil fertility, and improving the water use efficiency. This approach will benefit sectors such as agriculture and biotechnology, while boosting farmers' incomes and the sustainability of Mediterranean crops.
